Asking rents in Krakow at the end of March 2023 remained stable, ranging from EUR 10.00 to EUR 16.00 per 1 m2 per month.

At the same time, due to the rising costs of utilities and services, there is a noticeable increase in service fee rates, which at the end of March 2023 ranged in Krakow from PLN 15 to PLN 25 per 1 m2 per month.

The vacancy rate is around 16%.
